I've been waiting for the perfect time to give this preamble. To strongly state cogent reasons as to why my readers should love my blog. I've waiting oh I've been waiting for the perfect time but like they always say" The perfect time will never come" until you create the perfect time.
It's 12:49am in the night. I'm on my bunk bed with no script whatsoever to prompt me to say the next perfect word or the next most inspirational sentence that should be felt . In fact I have an exam tomorrow so this, all these is far from perfect. However, I can work with it in making it the perfect moment. This has taught me a lesson.
Mrs ojo, my government teacher back in secondary school always say this and sometimes I mimick," it's how you position yourself that the camera will capture you". While referring to exams as the camera.
In life most times you don't get the time to brush up or apply the finishing touches to your look. You don't have the time to hide those flaws or maybe you're just simply tired of putting on a mask . In life I believe it's best to stay as you are. So no one receives the shock of their life when they see the real you. There are some situations that negate this. For example, my exams which is why I'll be off soon to apply finishing touches so the exam can capture me well. This is Nigeria. There's hardly any second chance for a frown or half closed eyes.
I'll be doing more of this - capturing my present pose and most times yours because all these are for you, dear reader(in Bridgerton voice) as a Nigerian. I would also tell stories because it's what I love to do too.
Come onboard with me as the sailor and I promise you, we won't sink.
